Ixelles Ponds, BND

Transformation of two semi-detached houses into apartment buildings. The rear spatial design was completely revised and harmonised, resulting in a cascade effect of terraces and a break in the living spaces. The building on the left, with its Art Deco character, was raised by two levels. These floors are covered in zinc on the street side.
